BREAKOUT SESSION / TUESDAY / MARCH 17, 2020 / 2:30 PM
Mastering Multi-Unit Expansion
It obviously makes sense to grow your brand via franchise partners you already have, but how do you know which of your franchisees are up for the challenge?
This session will help you evaluate the skills and knowledge of existing partners to see which ones have what it takes to help you expand the brand.
But that’s only half the equation; you must also do your part. Our experts will also help you discover what your company needs in order to support multi-unit ownership.
Downing Barber | Founder & CEO | Barberitos
Downing Barber built Barberitos from an idea to a restaurant chain with 50 locations across seven southeastern states. With more than $40 million in annual sales, the brand celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2020. Downing has instilled a company culture to serve others by focusing on Food, Community and People. He is dedicated to serving farm-fresh food at all locations with items that are made and prepared in-house daily. In addition, he gives back to local non-profits and encourages his employees and operators throughout all locations to be “bigger than a burrito” by also giving back to their communities.
