Nicole Bushnell | CMO | Garden Fresh Restaurants
Nicole Bushnell comes the to Garden Fresh team from Luna Grill restaurants, where she served as VP of marketing for the last four years. During her tenure, the chain grew from 18 to 51 locations in California and Texas and was responsible for all brand strategy, e-commerce and loyalty platforms, creative and content direction and product development. In her role as CMO at Garden Fresh, Nicole will lead all brand and marketing activities across the country, positioning the company for growth and category development opportunities.
Steve Felson l Vice President of Operations | Bonchon
Steve Felson is the Vice President of Operations for Bonchon International with oversight for the brand’s Operations, Training, Food Safety and Restaurant Opening teams. Steve has more than 20 years’ experience across multiple restaurant industry segments spanning a number of roles. Prior to joining Bonchon, Steve worked with the fast-casual chain BurgerFi leading Operations, Training and Marketing and, prior to that, as the Director of Field Training and Restaurant Openings for Denny’s restaurants. Steve received a B.A. degree in English from Stetson University.
Mike Kupstas | President & CEO | Lion’s Choice
Michael Kupstas is the president and chief executive officer of Lion’s Choice. He is a 40-year veteran of the restaurant industry. Michael has held senior executive and marketing positions with some of the most notable restaurant brands in the country. Previous positions include roles on the executive marketing and new concept development teams with General Mills Restaurant Group, strategic planning and menu development for Red Lobster, a 10-year tenure at Long John Silver’s with senior vice president positions in the marketing and operations and 17 years at Panera Bread, where he led restaurant and bakery operations as well as marketing, and most recently served as senior vice president and chief franchise officer.

Kyle Koch has spent the past decade helping enterprise clients leverage emerging digital technologies to improve customer experience and drive top-line growth. Kyle joined MomentFeed after a brief stint in conversational AI, where he led business development, marketing and customer success efforts for San Francisco-based Series A-funded Augment Solutions. Prior to Augment, Kyle spent 6 years at Sprinklr where he helped steer the social media management company from a single digit client roster to a $1b+ valuation. In his time at Sprinklr, Kyle led and operationalized several business groups, including customer success and later their worldwide professional services offering.
