Prior to joining Little Caesars, he served as chief development officer at Gold’s Gym, where he managed the brand’s franchising community and licensing programs while leading the charge to expand internationally.

Prior to joining Scorpion, he served as the Vice President of Operations for Glass Doctor, a NeighborlyTM company (formerly The Dwyer Group) where he oversaw their North American operations as well as their digital initiatives. Prior to joining Neighborly, Brad was a Glass Doctor Franchisee in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex where he achieved consistent double-digit annual sales growth.
