Franchise brokers represent franchisors in selling franchise concepts to franchisees. Restaurant consultants offer plans, advice, training, and support for improving restaurants. Investors provide capital for the launch and/or continued operations of a restaurant concept. To qualify for this rate, registrants cannot be sellers of hardware or software. Financers, including private equity, venture capitalists, investment bankers, angel investors, and peer-to-peer lenders. Individuals must own or be employed by the firm.
