In addition to training, Hailey oversees different special operations projects, including research and development, with the goal of introducing innovative new products that align with the company's strategy to increase average unit volume. Hailey also oversees the management of part of everbowl's tech stack, including point of sale and third party platforms. Her passion and dedication to her role is represented in her nearly 8 years with everbowl.
