Give-Back Party


Join us for a Community Give-Back Party, where for one hour we will create care packs (such as hand wipes, toothbrushes, hand sanitizers, water, snacks, tissues, and feminine products) for Relentless Pursuit Outreach and Recovery. RPOR strives to heal and restore survivors, bring justice to offenders, educate others on prevention and awareness, and be leaders in the community in order to end the exploitation of human beings.

Rich Givone serves as Senior Vice President with SMG, leading the team responsible for ensuring SMG’s new client needs are thoroughly understood and met prior to launching. With varied experience as a senior leader of technology organizations serving the Restaurant, Retail, Services, & Financial Services industries, Rich has held executive-level roles in digital marketing, Employee Experience, and Customer Experience for over 20 years. Early on, Rich recognized the need for easy-to-implement solutions regardless of whether consumers interact in-store, digitally, or through a contact center. He made it his mission to focus on providing outstanding solutions providing measurable impact. Rich’s reputation is built on a foundation of using data to inform strategic decisions, and creating long-term partnerships with clients. He lives with his wife, two kids, and dog in Nazareth, PA.
