With varied experience as a senior leader of technology organizations serving the Restaurant, Retail, Services, & Financial Services industries, Rich has held executive-level roles in digital marketing, Employee Experience, and Customer Experience for over 20 years. Early on, Rich recognized the need for easy-to-implement solutions regardless of whether consumers interact in-store, digitally, or through a contact center. He made it his mission to focus on providing outstanding solutions providing measurable impact. Rich’s reputation is built on a foundation of using data to inform strategic decisions, and creating long-term partnerships with clients. He lives with his wife, two kids, and dog in Nazareth, PA.
