Peter Hodges is the marketing director for Precision Contractors, a national commercial general contractor. Precision provides commercial construction services to clients throughout the United States and specializes in retail, QSR, food service, professional offices, entertainment, and industrial/warehouse projects. Peter has a BA in theatre from the University of Northern Colorado and has transformed his storytelling skills into a marketing career. Past experience includes marketing positions for companies in the financial services, information technology and creative agency industries. Peter leads the marketing team at Precision and is responsible for the company’s brand management, sales outreach, website, social media, advertising, and other marketing efforts.

Don McCoole is a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader with over 20 years of experience in B2B sales. A former officer in the U.S. Air Force, Don brings a strategic mindset and disciplined approach to business. After earning his MBA from Regis University, he leveraged his expertise in business strategy, sales execution, and technical presentation to help customers maximize their solutions. As our Vice President of Sales, Don is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing enterprise contracts, developing scalable and repeatable sales workflows, and providing technical and functional expertise throughout the sales and alliance processes. His ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs makes him a valuable asset to both our team and our customers. Outside of work, Don enjoys quality time with his family, exploring new destinations, and unwinding with a great movie.
