*Booths are open during the entirety of the event. However, please note that this is not a tradeshow and we encourage our sponsors to participate in sessions alongside our attendees, regardless of whether or not you have a sponsor table/booth (please reference your agreement for clarification).

Please use the applicable shipping label(s) attached to ensure we place your packages in the appropriate areas at the Summit. Packages may arrive to the event hotel beginning Thursday, March 6, 2025.

Shipping Notes:

• The Swag label should be used only for items going into the attendee swag bags. For swag going to your exhibitor booth, please use the Booth label.
• Please note that additional receiving and handling fees from the hotel may incur.
• After the event, sponsors are responsible for arranging pick-ups with their preferred carriers for any outbound shipments.
