How AI Changes the Customer Experience
Remember the days when self-order kiosks, themselves, were new and exciting? Those days are long gone as today’s models include a variety of upgrades driven by artificial intelligence. Think facial recognition, voice ordering and fingerprint and palm scanners, all of which can be used to not only enhance the customer’s ordering experience but to also manage loyalty programs.
This session will offer an overview of how feasible these technologies are today.

He is the Founder and President of The Culinary Edge, an innovation agency that provides global companies with strategic food, brand and operations solutions. Aaron is also the Founder and President of Starbird, a modern chicken concept that is revolutionizing food and convenience in the QSR/Fast Casual marketplace. As Co-founder of Pacific Catch Restaurants, Aaron served as president for 10 years and currently serves on the board of directors. Most recently Aaron co-founded The Culinary Edge Ventures with the mission to create, incubate, operate and grow restaurant brands.

Todd Speicher is a digital transformation expert focusing on marketing and customer experience. He has helped organizations transform operating models, customer journeys, and technology ecosystems to support digital business strategy. His experience extends across both consumer and commercial segments. Todd has spent his career at digital agencies and consultancies, most recently for Accenture Interactive supporting client strategy across banking, hospitality, and CPG Industries. He currently serves as the CRO at NGDATA, a technology firm with an AI platform that enables brands to curate and orchestrate 1:1 omni channel experiences that increase revenue growth and deepened brand loyalty.
