Tanvir Bhangoo is a business and technology transformation leader, helping global organizations gain competitive, cost, and operational advantages through tech and digital transformations, with a focus on people and culture. Some of his experience includes various tech and leadership roles at Restaurant Brands International (Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes), Exxon Mobil (Imperial Oil), and Freshii. Currently, Tanvir is the VP of Technology at Freshii, spearheading an end-to-end digital and technology transformation to drive revenue and profitability through digital channels. Tanvir oversees strategy and execution for all in-store tech, digital platforms, and internal IT, including a new omni-channel customer experience, CRM, loyalty, and all in-store tech.

Dan Gertsacov | Global Chief Marketing Officer | Focus Brands

As Global Chief Marketing Officer, Dan Gertsacov is responsible to oversee FOCUS Brands’ marketing, advertising, menu innovation, digital and mobile commerce initiatives. Prior to his current role, Dan was the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer of Arcos Dorados, leading the digitalization of the company. Previously, Dan was the CEO, Americas for LenddoEFL. Earlier in his career, Dan was responsible for Google’s operations in the Andean Region, Central America and the Caribbean. Previous to that role, Dan was Head of Sales of Google Argentina. Additionally, Dan was Vice President of Business Development at Univision Networks and the Founding Director of Forum Empresa. Dan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Goldsmith Scholar.

Sweetberry Bowls was founded in 2017 by restaurant veteran, Desi Saran. He is a serial entrepreneur with an MBA in Finance & BA in Economics from Rutgers University. Desi has extensive experience in developing fast-casual chains and tech start-ups. He created Sweetberry Bowls to provide quality and affordable healthy food options to consumers. The healthy, fast-casual concept specializes in Acai bowls, Poke Bowls, Smoothies, Wraps, & Salads with a focus on product, atmosphere and extraordinary customer service. Under Desi’s leadership, the company opened 20 units across 7 states in 2 years.

As Chief Technology Officer of Order Media, Logan Lenz has not only built products and processes that help the agency achieve more with less, but he also spearheaded the development of a data platform designed for multi-location companies and other agency partners to leverage. When Logan isn’t spending time streamlining advertising and media buying processes, he’s with his high school sweetheart turned wife and three children in South Florida.
