Zaid Ayoub | Founder & CEO | SAJJ Mediterranean
Zaid Ayoub is the founder and CEO of the Bay Area-headquartered fast casual restaurant chain SAJJ Mediterranean. Under Ayoub’s strategic leadership, SAJJ Mediterranean has grown from being a single storefront in 2012 to a growing network of twelve stores and two food trucks offering catering and event services. The brand has additional corporate stores in development across California, and aims to have at least 15 stores opened by early 2020.
Tanvir Bhangoo | VP of Technology | Freshii
Tanvir Bhangoo is a business and technology transformation leader, helping global organizations gain competitive, cost, and operational advantages through tech and digital transformations, with a focus on people and culture. Some of his experience includes various tech and leadership roles at Restaurant Brands International (Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes), Exxon Mobil (Imperial Oil), and Freshii. Currently, Tanvir is the VP of Technology at Freshii, spearheading an end-to-end digital and technology transformation to drive revenue and profitability through digital channels. Tanvir oversees strategy and execution for all in-store tech, digital platforms, and internal IT, including a new omni-channel customer experience, CRM, loyalty, and all in-store tech.
Bradley Voreis | VP of Strategic Marketing | Scorpion
Brad Voreis is Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Scorpion, where he focuses on maximizing clients’ overall web presence by helping them achieve their digital marketing goals. His unique background provides the insights needed to create and implement custom digital marketing solutions and tailored advertising campaigns for a diverse set of franchise systems. Prior to joining Scorpion, he served as the Vice President of Operations for Glass Doctor, a NeighborlyTM company (formerly The Dwyer Group) where he oversaw their North American operations as well as their digital initiatives. Prior to joining Neighborly, Brad was a Glass Doctor Franchisee in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex where he achieved consistent double-digit annual sales growth.
