*Booths are open during the entirety of the event. However, please note that this is not a tradeshow and we encourage our sponsors to participate in sessions alongside our attendees, regardless of whether or not you have a sponsor table/booth (please reference your agreement for clarification).

Any additional costs associated with your table or booth space (specialty electric, labor, etc.) will be at the sponsor’s expense. If you have equipment that needs extra power, please contact Carissa Kaberline at carissa.kaberline@encoreglobal.com.

Please use the labels attached to ensure we place your packages in the correct areas at the Summit. Packages may arrive to the hotel beginning March 18th.

Shipping Notes:

• We cannot guarantee that swag items arriving after March 21 will be included in the swag bags.
• Please note that additional handling fees from the hotel may incur.
• After the event, exhibitors are responsible for making pick-up arrangements for outbound shipments with their preferred carriers. Outbound shipments can be left at your booth with return labels attached, and the hotel staff will transport them to the pick-up area.
